What do we need to ask the client?

Biometric data is unique physical characteristics that can be used for automated recognition, for example fingerprints, retinal screening, and facial recognition.

When a company uses fingerprints to check in our Talent, they are collecting biometric data.

You should ask the client whether they use or collect biometric data in their facilities. If they do, we will need to obtain additional waivers from them.
