A Client Site Evaluation (CSE) is a meaningful and intentional conversation regarding safety at a specific jobsite.

  • We have a duty to inquire into the conditions of a workplace before placing workers on assignment.
  • We and our clients are jointly responsible for the safety of Employbridge’s temporary workers.
  • Conducting a CSE allows us to familiarize ourselves with the client's workplace and hazards that our Talent may be exposed to and to ensure that we are sending our Talent to a safe workplace.
  • We have a duty to fulfill our legal responsibilities and avoid OSHA fines for both Employbridge and our clients.
  • During the initial walkthrough of a new client's worksite. 
  • Before Talent are placed on an assignment.
  • Annually
  • When new processes are introduced.
  • When there is a severe injury.
  • When there is an increase in near misses.
